As a catering company, this growth has allowed Beyond Details to expand and make new connections. One relationship we are particularly excited about is with The Bedford – the newest and most versatile space in Nashville! This venue served as one of the ReCreations locations in Berry Hill before it became its own entity. Its location right outside Nashville makes it convenient for guests to find hotels, entertainment, and many other tourist attractions. The Bedford is designed to host any event, large or small, with a capacity of 400 inside and 600 when utilizing the outdoor pavilion. Each package includes luxury furniture [with additional pieces for rent] allowing each client to personalize the space.
This growth and new partnership has also allowed some room for Beyond Details to be creative. We have added new hors d’oeuvres, entrees, and even a few desserts to our menu. One is our pineapple + mozzarella + basil hors d’oeuvre which is sweet and refreshing for the summer months. A second favorite is our key lime + meringue tartlets – large enough to satisfy any sweet tooth.
