My experience with Beyond Details Catering surpassed all my expectations. I cannot recommend Brandy and her team highly enough. They made my daughter's wedding reception beautiful, delicious and memorable. I wouldn't change one thing.Brandy is a fireball, and she is up for any catering challenge that you might need conquered. Her attention to detail is impressive, and she and her talented team allowed me to fully enjoy the special evening. From beginning to end, I knew I was in the most capable of hands.Not living in Tennessee, and not knowing where to start with the wedding planning, I thank God that I found Beyond Details. Brandy was able to assist me not only with every catering detail, but also with many other concerns I had in planning a long-distance wedding.From the moment my daughter and I tasted her beef tenderloin, we knew we had found the right caterer. (I can also personally recommend her scrumptious penne chicken, her mouth-watering mac-and-cheese, and oh, my goodness- the garlic mashed potatoes! YUM!) And her presentation of the food is as gorgeous as the food is delicious!In addition, my daughter (the bride) has dietary restrictions, so Brandy made sure that she had a special plate prepared for her. Another concern knocked off my list.When the company I had lined up to obtain rentals (chairs, tablecloths, flatware, etc) suddenly couldn't fulfill my needs late in the planning stage (panic!), Brandy was able to recommend a reliable company to me. She also found me an amazing "Day-of-the-Wedding" coordinator. Basically Brandy, along with her expertise, her energy, and her professionalism, was there for me whenever I hit a glitch.I truly feel blessed and fortunate that I found Beyond Details for my daughter's wedding reception. The guests are STILL talking about the food, months after the wedding.I sincerely and whole-heartedly recommend Beyond Details for any special event- this company lives up to its name!

Beyond Details catered a special anniversary event for our non profit agency and the food was spectacular. So many guests were commenting on how tasty the food was, and some guests even photographed and put it on Facebook! It was delicious and had a beautiful presentation. Service was also amazing.

Always prepared and on point, Amber made sure our day went as smooth as possible— which it did! Amber and her team helped this bride to be calm and without worry on her big day. Beyond Details was great during the planning of our corporate event, and were even more amazing during! Brandy was a dream to plan with, and the team on site was so communicative, easy to work with, and adaptable to our tweaks to the schedule and our guests' needs. The food was great, the service was stunning, and our guests were so pleased. Clean up and load out was so easy because of all of their help with our rentals and guest tables. With so many different catering companies out and about the Nashville and surrounding areas now a days, I’ve got to give it to Beyond Details! This was my second event personally, and they literally go BEYOND your dream’s wildest expected DETAILS. Every little touch is to perfection, from florals to the food and cocktails, the menu is SPOT ON FLAVOR! Of course in today’s world, the charcuterie boards are hard to beat…. But even then they step up to the plate and hit it out of the park. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME! It’s also very nice to see so many people who come together and o make it happen, and not only how great they get along with each other, but how they have made each event specifically special!

Beyond Details is by far the best catering business in Nashville. Not only is the process getting booked so easy, but the entire team is amazing. The food looked just as amazing as it tasted. I have hosted several events in which Beyond Details has been the caterer and they are the first recommendation I have for catering when anyone asks. The food is always presented beautifully and tastes great. They are so easy to work with leading up to the event, they are quick to respond, and then during the event the staff is so nice and accommodating. Really can't get better than this.

My wedding was ABSOLUTELY MAGICAL! Beyond Details and specifically Amber really came though for me and my family! The level of attention to details, care, and responsiveness far exceeded my expectations.On the big day, Amber also made sure that during the wedding and reception, all I needed to do was enjoy myself and my groom 🙂 This meant so much much to us!They provided the florals and OH MY GOODNESS I CRIED when I saw my bouquet! IT WAS GORGEOUS!They also provided the food which was SO DELICIOUS! Amber Fleck from beyond details , was my daughter’s wedding coordinator, all I can say is that she did a Fantastic job!!This is the first review I have ever done, but it’s worth it for me to take the time to do it.Amber was an excellent coordinator, on top of everything.I have no worries and no complaints , during the whole festivities of my daughter’s wedding.The whole family including me, did nothing but enjoyed the wedding.Beyond Details also provide the flowers and the food, all I can say , is that I got 100% positive comments from all our guestsAmber Fleck , you are a rock star!!

I would highly recommend Beyond Details for catering and wedding planning. We worked with Brandy for both services and had a wonderful experience. Her professionalism, good listening skills, and calmness were instrumental in making our daughter’s April wedding day so beautiful. Brandy listened to our daughter’s vision and guided her choices to fit the budget without any disappointing results. Brandy made it clear that our daughter and her fiancé were her clients, but she respectfully listened to our ideas and concerns. She was patient and amenable to changes. Brandy gave honest critique and cleaned up a few of our mess-ups!! She always responded to our questions in a timely manner via text. She was detail-oriented and followed through with her tasks. The buffet table was beautiful and the food delicious. Her staff were professional, courteous and upbeat. We had no negative experience with vendors either. Brandy seemed to truly care about our daughter’s and now son-in-law’s happiness and vision. If I had another wedding to do, I would probably also hire her for florals. Beyond Details is truly a fitting name!

From the initial moment we contacted Beyond Details for our catering needs -- through walking out the door together following the conclusion of our event - there wasn't a second that went by that we didn't feel valued, welcomed, supported and even loved! Truly, they go beyond what is expected and their communication, suggestions, follow-up, patience and delivery was some of the best service I've ever encountered. Now onto the food! Buffets can be tricky but Beyond Details checked all the boxes - yummy, hot, good presentation, and beautiful table appearance. The staff was incredibly helpful, thoughtful and super kind. I thought Ethan and Amber went above and beyond with their assistance prior, during and after the event. I would hire them again and again and again. Brandy and her staff did an excellent job at my daughter’s wedding at Sycamore Farms in 2021. We had a buffet with chicken and waffles with all the fixings, BBQ sandwiches, baked beans, pasta salad, and a fruit salad. I was a little nervous about the waffles since they are usually best right off the waffle iron, but somehow Brandy made sure they were perfect! The staff was quick to replenish all food on the buffet and also the drinks, even the delicious fruit tea, which I most certainly recommend. Brandy prepared enough food to ensure nothing would run out, even with vendor meals. Plates were promptly cleared as people finished eating and the staff was very pleasant. I would highly recommend Beyond Details when choosing a caterer for your event.

Working with Beyond Details for the catering and floral part of our wedding was one of the best decisions my fiancé and I made! We contacted Brandy at Beyond Details about three months before our wedding date in November 2021, after deciding that we wanted to have a vaccinated wedding. We had been in negotiations with one caterer who was not willing to send vaccinated staff. When we got in touch with Brandy, I felt so desperate — convinced we would never find a caterer with delicious food, vaccinated staff, and great service so close to the wedding. Brandy made it happen. She was amazing to work with and no detail was too small. I did wedding planning in the very early morning. I would send her emails at 5am about some catering or floral detail and prayed she didn’t think I was crazy for writing so early. Instead, I would often get an immediate response; she was up working too. The experience of working with her on catering made us want to work with Beyond Details on floral. It was also a great experience! The floral designer, Callie, listened to what we wanted and the execution of the day-of was perfect. Everyone at our wedding talked about how beautiful the flowers were. I highly recommend Beyond Details!

If you are looking for a true DREAM TEAM to work with for your wedding- do not hesitate for another second and call Brandy from Beyond Details. I had no idea where to start with wedding planning but Beyond Details was mentioned to me by a friend. I reached out and immediately heard back. Communication was ON POINT! Prices and options were totally reasonable. The food was INCREDIBLE and not to mention looked beautiful in its presentation. Brandy and her team were so professional. When I initially reached out Brandy told me she also does florals so I booked her for that too. She helped me coordinate linens, table rentals, alcohol and bar vendors etc. She did it all fast, efficient and seamless. I would not have been able to make my wedding happen without Brandy. She was so amazing. If you know anyone looking for catering and beautiful florals for their event you MUST CALL BEYOND DETAILS!!!!! I can’t praise her and her team enough!

Oh My Goodness!!! The food prepared by Beyond Details for my sister’s wedding was amazing! From the moment we went to her tasting I knew this was the caterer for our family! Beyond Details did an outstanding job catering our daughter's wedding reception in Nashville. Their attention to planning and details resulted in everything working so smoothly that we were totally able to enjoy the evening. The appetizers were beautifully served and gourmet, all parts of the meal (stations) were classy and delicious-- exceeding our expectations. Amber was a joy to work with, quickly and thoughtfully responsive to questions, and treated us so well, in spite of the stress and multiple challenges posed by Covid that postponed and repeatedly altered our original plans. The serving and bar-tending teams were top-notch professional in appearance and serving. We feel fortunate to have found them and highly recommend them -- they do a fantastic job and are wonderful to work with!

There are no words to describe how happy my HUSBAND and I were with choosing Beyond Details to service our wedding! We initially reached out to them for catering, but they ended up almost essentially being a "one stop shop" for us as they provided delicious catering, exceptional bartending, and phenomenal day-of coordination. They were patient with us as we shaped our menu into one that fit not only our tastebuds, but also our budget. And being that we got married in the middle of 2020 and all the uncertainty this year has brought, their flexibility in rescheduling our original date and making last minute changes made the absolute world to us!! It's so easy to feel like you don't have it all together leading up to the big day, especially when unexpected changes pop up. But no matter what it was, Amber was there to offer some guidance and recommendations, which helped put us at ease in the midst of our wedding preparation. Our wedding day went so smoothly and all of our guests commented on how beautiful it was... I assure you that wouldn't have been possible without the help of Amber and the rest of the crew at Beyond Details! Seriously, we are so grateful for their help in making our wedding what it was and we would recommend them a million times over to our friends and family!

I worked with Amber from Beyond Details recently at a wedding at the Barn at Sycamore Farms and she was astounding. Beyond Details did a fantastic job with our company's event at the Musicians Hall of Fame. Brandy handled everything with ease. She coordinated linens, lighting, table decor, food and beverage orders, etc. making it super easy for me, as an event manager, to handle other aspects of our stay in Nashville. The food was outstanding! Folks in our group said it was the "best food they have ever had at any event they have been to." We are so thrilled we chose Beyond Details to provide catering and florals for our wedding day! From the taste testing to the wedding day, everything was fantastic! We loved our taste testing experience, and they even sent us home with a little sample because my husband loved the appetizer so much! It was so much fun talking about food options, and discussing florals with Brandi. I brought pictures of floral inspiration to show Brandi, I didn't have an exact idea of what I wanted. Brandi was able to look at the photos provided, and create our perfect wedding vision! She made suggestions that were very helpful and asked many questions to help create a vision of our wedding day. We made adjustments to our order through our wedding planner, and the process was easy and simple; less stress for the bride! On the wedding day Brandi walked me through the bouquets and alter piece to ensure it was okay, and it was absolutely beautiful! First off, let me just say Amber Fleck is AMAZING. Not only is she incredibly nice, but her attention to detail, and her quickness in response is much appreciated. I hired Beyond Details to be my caterer and florist for my wedding two weeks ago and not only were the floral arrangements stunning, but all my guests compliment the food and most went back for seconds! Amber was so gracious through the whole process and really knows what she's doing. Her chef is incredible! The set up looked gorgeous and professional, and the florist she works with was phenomenal and produced everything i tried to describe and had envisioned perfectly. I work with a lot of vendors in my career so I skeptical at first when I found out they were both catering and floral but it was perfect and if I had to do it all over again, I would hire Amber in a heartbeat so do yourself a favor and go with Beyond Details - I can't sing their praises enough!

I can not recommend Beyond Details higher. I used Brandy with Beyond Details to plan a fund raising event. Brandy and her crew prepared an amazing plated meal for almost 200 people and every single plate was beautiful. The food (salmon and filet) was delicious! The staff were very polite, eager to serve the guests with professionalism and speed. We had several moving parts to the evening (passed appetizers, signature cocktail, silent auction, seated dinner, etc) all happening while there were presentations, entertainment etc. And the staff executed with excellence. I can't wait to work with Beyond Details again!

Beyond Details was so easy to work with for our wedding - short response time to emails, friendly and helpful staff, able to work with us to incorporate family heirlooms into the decor, and making sure we got them back safely. Flowers were gorgeous and the food was delicious! Definitely recommend!

Beyond Details was one of the best decision we made for our big event. Amber & Brandy were so helpful throughout the whole process- not to mention the food for our wedding was out of this world! The Beyond Details Team also did an amazing job taking all of my pinterest inspiration for our florals and turning them into a reality.We would have been lost without the Beyond Details team they answered any and all of my question. I used Beyond Details for the Nolensville Band banquet in late May and they exceeded my expectations in every way! I was completely impressed with them from the very beginning when I placed the order with Brandy. She helped brainstorm menu items to fit my budget and made sure the menu would please our high school students and parents. I can’t wait to use them again and I would highly recommend them!

Beyond Details did a beautiful job at our sons Rehearsal Dinner on May 31st. Amber was wonderful to work with and was so helpful with helping me make decisions. Having just completed a 500 person event with Beyond Details Catering this week, I can't help but sing their praises. From the very first email, not only was Brandy super responsive, but she came with ideas and creativity that I appreciated immensely. As most of my work is done remotely and I'm unable to see spaces, taste menus, or test centerpieces in person, it was such a help having someone that was so knowledgeable and detailed. On the day of the event, I showed up as the team was getting everything set exactly as I'd laid out. The entire team was helpful, professional and fun. They flowed with some of my onsite changes easily without a second guess. As someone that puts on events all of over the country frequently, I know I'll be using Beyond Details Catering the next time in Nashville. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Exceptional service!!!! And the food was amazing!! My wedding was months ago and people STILL talk about the food! We even chose a more simple chicken dish - and we were scared could end up being bland - but we were shocked by how much flavor there was in each dish!! They also worked with all of our allergies which we definitely appreciate! They have a huge selection, so they can cover almost any meal that you have in mind. Amber was so nice and accommodating - we didn't have to worry about a thing! Highly recommend!

AMAZING! I used Beyond Details for catering for my wedding and they executed a 260-person, seated dinner to perfection. Beyond just the flawless logistics, the food is superb. Brandy worked with us to create the perfect menu--customizing options and providing full tastings so we could get it just right. I was floored by the food day of and all the guests were raving about it. They even packed up to-go meals for my husband and me so we didn't have to worry about dinner the next night while getting ready to leave for our honeymoon. I could not recommend them more. I do not have enough positive things to say about Brandy and Amber at Beyond Details. Every time I called or emailed, I was answered almost immediately. They catered my 200 guest wedding and everything was executed extremely well and with love. The servers, bartenders, and other staff helping were professional and exactly what you would want for a wedding. There was attention to detail with the set up of the buffet and the set up and take down was non-disruptive. Oh, and not to mention the food was delicious! Our guests are still talking about how delicious the passed appetizers and the dinner was. I cannot thank them enough for making me and my husband's day so special!

Beyond Details catered an event I helped with and did a buffet for over 225 guests flawlessly! The chicken, vegetables and sides were impeccable. Our guests kept commenting that this was the best catered dish they had tasted at a fundraising event aka NOT bulk frozen chicken. We had plenty of food and a room full of happy guests. Highly recommend them if you want the food to ADD to your event and not take away! One of the best investments of our event budget was leaving it in their trusted hands. Will definitely use them again this year because why wouldn't we?!

Brandy and her team catered my Daughter's wedding this past weekend. From the initial consultation, to the tasting, to the million questions in between, Brandy was responsive and thoughtful and so very informative. She was the only vendor we contacted who offered creative solutions to get the type and quality of food we wanted within our budget. The FOOD was amazing. I expected to hear comments from our friends and family about it, and we did. What surprised me was how many comments and compliments I got from them about her staff. Being the mother of the Bride, I was pretty busy and probably not the most observant that night, but so many of our friends and family commented on how attentive and kind Brandy's staff was. Checking in with our guests to see if they had everything they needed, helping with questions that had nothing to do with the food. In my mind, this kind of service is one of the things that made the night so great for my daughter and her new husband. You just can't put a price tag on something like that and we are so glad that we chose to work with Brandy and her team. She has definitely modeled the type of service she wants to provide her clients and has built a team that did exactly that.

Beyond Details catered the dinner at my daughter's wedding reception this past Sunday evening, and I couldn't be more pleased. The meal was wonderful, and I'm still receiving rave reviews over the Cotton Warehouse salad and the sun dried tomato pasta sauce. The staff was superb! Amber who was in charge that evening was so great to work with. From the second I contacted Brandy, the owner, she was responsive, kind, and accommodating. She went above and beyond to work within our budget. Communication was so easy; Brandy responds quickly to every question and concern. I would definitely use them again!
